Why we filmed this
Students, hobbyists, and pros ask us the same thing: “How do you make sure my parts arrive safe?” This video walks through our process—from verifying items to careful wrapping—so you can see the care that goes into each parcel.
Our step-by-step packing flow
- Order intake & verify. We pull orders from our online channels and confirm the exact SKUs, quantities, and variants.
- Pick items. Parts are picked from labeled bins and trays. Sensitive components get anti-static handling.
- Double-check (QC). A second look verifies the item list, counts, and any special notes (e.g., pin headers, cables, or matching accessories).
- Protective packing. Items are placed in anti-static or zip bags, cushioned with bubble wrap or foam, then boxed or mailered to fit snugly.
- Seal & label. Boxes are sealed, labeled, and staged for courier pickup with tracking.
- Hand-off to courier. Parcels go out in batches; you’ll receive tracking updates from the platform or courier.
How we keep parts safe
- Anti-static handling for modules and ICs.
- Tight fit packing to prevent rattling during transit.
- Right-sized boxes/mailers to reduce damage and waste.
